Galvanizing Consultants Inc. has no legal or financial agreements with any material supplier, equipment manufacturer, or contractor leaving us to make recommendations solely in your best interests. Site Selection and Evaluation - G.C.I. will assist any client with the initial site location for future facilities together with appropriate representation before local municipal and/or state and federal agencies to assure complete acceptance of the completed facility. Preliminary Estimates - Our skilled construction personnel will prepare an accurate first cost estimate for any hot dip galvanizing project your company may be considering. This initial estimate, together with a schematic layout, includes both capital expenditures and annual operating costs. Alternative technologies are evaluated and recommendations are made as to their inclusion in the final project. These include such items as; wet v. dry kettles, lead free technology, spinning equipment, kettle sizes, firing systems, use of preheaters, type(s) of cleaning media, material handling systems, as well as any other question which might arise. Design Documents - G.C.I. can supply all necessary plans, specifications, and construction documents necessary to obtain permits and receive complete competitive bids from contractors and equipment suppliers. Alternatively, G.C.I. can assist the client's own design team. Evaluations - G.C.I. will, at all stages of the construction process, offer professional unbiased evaluations on any considered options, qualified bidders, alternate materials or construction procedures, bid results, or any other matter which may significantly affect the project.
