Field Services When requested, Galvanizing Consultants Inc. will supply qualified field personnel for a wide variety of services. Inspection - Using the latest calibrated equipment G.C.I. will inspect hot dip galvanizing and duplex coatings to determine compliance with applicable ASTM specifications, Industry standards, and/or contract documents. Within 48 hours of field inspection a confidential, unbiased, written report will be issued to the client. Coating Failure Analysis - Whether a hot dip galvanizing failure or a duplex coating delamination, G.C.I. will thoroughly investigate all coating failures (together with laboratory analysis if required) and issue a comprehensive professional report of findings together with recommendations for corrective or remedial action as necessary. Training - G.C.I. will conduct on-site training of the client's personnel as required. Typical training sessions include:   Safety   Plant Operations   QA/QC (Including ISO 9000, 9001, 9002 and the new ISO 14000)   Personnel Administration (Including Preparation of Employee Manual)   Sales/Marketing Training (see Marketing Services)   Inspector Training Efficiency Studies - To determine the efficiency of a hot dip galvanizing operation it is sometimes necessary to employ an independent and experienced outside consultant such as G.C.I. who will fairly and impartially evaluate a client's operations and issue recommendations for improvement. Evaluation and Inspection of Facilities - G.C.I. offers complete inspection and evaluation of existing physical facilities to determine their potential assets (or liabilities) with respect to possible sale or purchase.
